1. Eligibility
The embolden. Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, United States, and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Entry Methods
You may enter the giveaway through one or more of the following methods:
- Email Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Submit your email and Instagram handle via our entry form here.
- Purchase-Based Entry: Each qualifying purchase on emboldenapparel.com will grant 20 entries per item purchased.
- UGC Bonus Entry: Tag us (@emboldenapparel) and post a photo of your purchase on Instagram using the hashtag #embolden. to receive bonus entries.
3. Winner Selection
Winners are chosen at random from all valid entries using a secure randomization process. The draws will take place at the end of each calendar month, and winners will be notified via email within 5 days of the draw date.
4. Prize
The prize is a monetary amount of $250 per 25 sales. embolden. reserves the right to modify the prize total at any time, with notice given through this page and social channels. All draws will be done within a week of the sales goal and the winner will be contacted via the email given either to enter or in checkout.
5. Privacy
By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your data for giveaway administration and marketing. We will not share your personal information with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more info.
6. Disqualification
We reserve the right to disqualify entries deemed inappropriate, false, spammed, or not aligned with our brand's values or these terms.
